• Rewrote a large, legacy map application into a controller-per-feature architecture (separation of concerns) and migrated the monolith to Nx — now 10+ single-responsibility libraries.
• Render hundreds of thousands of map entities at a smooth 60fps via viewport culling that skips off-screen elements and anything hidden behind open sidebars or popups — O(N) → O(visible).
• Replaced full-structure rebuilds with incremental spatial-index updates: a marker drag went from an O(N log N) rebuild (hundreds of ms, visible stutter) to O(log N) (~µs); first load of 100k+ entities dropped from ~300–600ms to ~100–200ms.
• Made the map provider-agnostic — from hardcoded Google Maps to runtime-swappable Leaflet / Baidu / Google with zero provider references outside the library — plus a component abstraction over Angular Material.
• Added PostGIS alongside the existing Neo4j backend as two runtime strategies (full frontend re-architecture, no regressions); edit-mode saves now reconcile only the changed entities instead of refetching and rebuilding the whole ~100k network.
• Introduced tests with real coverage for the whole core domain.

• Built a feature generator for the back-office app — from a few inputs it scaffolded a whole feature folder: main component, router, grid, datasource, grid config, Akita store and service.
• Designed an extensive grid builder driven by config — nested grids (grid-in-grid), forms, popups and images, instead of hand-written tables.
• Built a real-time chat on WebSockets (Socket.IO) with rich context — image sharing, surveys, automated bot messages, status states, inline tables and complaint wizards.
• Shipped the full frontend of an injectable Shopify plugin solo in a month — data tables and a management panel.
• Cut the production bundle by ~40% — lazy loading, deferrable views, standalone components, tree-shaking, tighter imports and DOM reduction.

• Rebuilt marketplace onboarding for the largest platforms — Walmart, Amazon, Etsy, eBay, Shopify: a universal config-driven wizard cut adding a new store from days/weeks to under an hour, each integration defined by just a step-config array.
• Added dynamic per-partner theming — the whole app restyled on the fly to match the selected marketplace (e.g. Etsy orange over the default blue).
• Built the shared component library as a themeable wrapper over Angular Material.
• On a second, internal management app, cut the test suite from minutes to seconds — without dropping existing coverage.
• Introduced OnPush as the component standard, improving rendering performance and reliability.
• Refactored tangled, duplicated code into maintainable, reusable modules.

• Wrapped PrimeNG in a themeable Angular component library, giving every team a consistent, reusable UI foundation.
• Owned a document-processing pipeline end to end: process start → dynamic document-type resolution → print-device selection, streaming output in batches.
